Welcome to your cozy retreat nestled on the second floor of a historic waterfront building, overlooking the picturesque Apalachicola River. Please note that access is by stairs only. This spacious, fenced-in apartment is pet-friendly and features a private balcony where you can unwind and take in the scenic views.

The bedroom comfortably accommodates up to three guests with a queen bed and a twin bed. The living room offers additional sleeping arrangements with a queen sleeper sofa, allowing the apartment to sleep up to five guests in total.

This quirky little place might be my favorite AirBnb! The setting right on the water is so peaceful. You can walk right into downtown and enjoy all Apalachicola has to offer. This might not be the best place for kids because of the water and stairs but for adults, it’s great. It’s not the fanciest place you will ever stay but it has old Florida charm and you can’t beat the location. We will be back!

Great spot in Apalach

Perfect home base for exploring Apalach. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops and an unbeatable view out the front door.

Beautiful views! The rental is rustic but charming and right on the water. The living area is a little rough around the edges but the bedroom is more modern,clean, and peaceful. We would return for certain!

Absolutely loved this place, the furniture, books and decor reminded me so much of the fishing cabins my father brought us too as kids in the early 80s.

We loved staying here and would absolutely come back! It has the best views of the water and is located right in town! It’s in like an old boat house and you almost feel like you’re trespassing but it was so unique and we had a great time!

Very modest with a beautiful view! Loved the isolation. The abandoned waterfront is my cup of tea! I'm also a huge fan of it being an old marina. Kinda spooky and eerie, especially at night, but those are some of my favorite things! Will definitely be coming back again!
